If you wish to make an open plan space, then the chances are that you will need to remove a load bearing wall. In order to do this, a steel RSJ beam will need to be installed to absorb the weight of your property. This beam is essential to ensure that your property has the necessary support.
Accurate installation is crucial; correct installation requires careful calculations, time and skill. Here at D5, we have an experienced team that will fulfil all of the requirements to install your RSJ from the planning and calculations, installations, wall demolition, waste clearance through to completion.
